Summer Protocol Stack

Summer Protocol Stack

Summer changes the demands on every system in your body. Heat raises mitochondrial workload. Sweat drains electrolytes and trace minerals. UV exposure accelerates oxidative stress in skin.

A summer protocol stack isn't about "beach body" nonsense. It's about matching the formulation to the environmental load.

PP-04 Primal Mineral Resin — What Sweat Takes Out

Sweat isn't just salt water. It contains magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, and a spectrum of trace minerals your body uses as enzymatic cofactors. Replace only sodium and potassium, and you leave gaps.

Shilajit is mineral pitch — centuries of compressed Himalayan plant matter — containing 84+ trace minerals in ionic form, delivered via fulvic acid carriers. Fulvic acid improves absorption across cell membranes, and shilajit has been studied for mitochondrial ATP production and physical performance.

PP-04 isn't an electrolyte drink. It's a daily mineral protocol — most relevant when you're sweating through July.

PP-07 Neuro-Sleep Magnesium — Heat Kills Sleep Quality

Your core temperature needs to drop for deep sleep to initiate. Summer nights fight that drop. Poor sleep degrades recovery, which shows up as declining performance and rising cortisol within days.

Magnesium L-threonate crosses the blood-brain barrier and modulates the NMDA receptors involved in sleep-cycle regulation. Combined with glycinate for peripheral muscle relaxation. Two pathways, one protocol — addressing the sleep disruption heat introduces.

CB-01 Dermal Hydration Matrix — UV Chews Through Your Barrier

UV exposure degrades ceramides in the stratum corneum. When ceramide levels drop, the skin barrier develops microscopic gaps. Water escapes (TEWL — transepidermal water loss). Irritants enter.

Hyaluronic acid holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water. Ceramides are the lipid mortar between skin cells. CB-01 delivers both — HA for the dermal reservoir, ceramides for the barrier. Topical sunscreen protects from outside; this supports barrier function from inside.

CB-04 Liposomal Radiance Guard — Oxidative Firefighting

UV generates free radicals in skin cells faster than your endogenous antioxidant capacity can handle. The damage: degraded collagen, elastin fragmentation, cellular DNA oxidation.

Liposomal glutathione is the body's master antioxidant, wrapped in a phospholipid bilayer that survives digestion. Paired with Vitamin C — which regenerates oxidized glutathione back to active form — you get a cycle, not a one-time neutralization. CB-04.
