YLEMOS - Refund & Return Policy
SECTION 1 - HYGIENE & SAFETY GUARANTEE Due to the nature of our science-backed supplements and strict health and safety regulations, we prioritize the integrity of our products. We only accept returns for items that are UNOPENED, UNUSED, and in their original packaging with the factory safety seal fully intact.
Once a product has been opened or the safety seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for a return, exchange, or refund due to potential contamination risks.
SECTION 2 - 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 3 - HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, you can contact us at service@ylemospure.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SECTION 4 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 5 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used dietary supplements.
- Perishable goods or personal care items.
- Sale items or gift cards.
SECTION 6 - REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
