Frequently asked questions
Shipping, protocols, testing, and subscriptions β documented for the YlemosPure research archive.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
International regions enabled at checkout receive tracked delivery. Rates and customs duties are calculated for your address before payment. Orders typically dispatch within 1β2 business days.
What are shipping costs and delivery times?
Rates and estimated windows appear at checkout based on your address and service level. You will receive tracking when the shipping label is created.
Protocols & Usage
How long before protocols take effect?
Most protocols are designed for consistent daily use over 4β12 weeks. Barrier and hydration formulas often show earlier subjective changes; longevity and performance compounds typically require a full cycle before meaningful shifts. Follow the label serving and timing.
Can PP / LV / CB protocols be combined?
Many customers stack across series for complementary goals β for example barrier (CB) with metabolic baseline (LV) or performance (PP). Avoid duplicating the same active compound across products. If you use prescription medication, consult your clinician first.
Testing & Safety
Are all batches third-party tested?
Active series are manufactured under GMP-aligned conditions with third-party verification where applicable. Batch numbers are printed on each unit; certificates are referenced per product when available.
Subscriptions
How does subscription work?
Where subscribe-and-save is available on a product page, select the subscription option before checkout. Manage delivery frequency and cancellation from your account according to Shopify and Recharge policies.
Returns
What is your refund policy?
See our refund policy for eligibility and timelines. Contact support if a shipment arrives damaged or with the wrong protocol.
Research Notes
How are formulas classified?
YlemosPure uses three protocol classes: PP (Performance), LV (Longevity), and CB (Clinical Beauty). Each series ID (e.g. PP-04) maps to a numbered formula with defined biological function and delivery form.
Why are some protocols capsule and others softgel?
Delivery form follows compound chemistry and absorption profile β lipophilic actives in marine softgels, precision powders in capsules, and adherence-forward formats in clinical gummies. Format is part of the protocol design, not packaging preference.
